Career Development, Training and Employment Services (CDTES)
Career Development, Training and Employment Services (CDTES) is a program within the Department of Community Development and Organizing. This program promotes economic independence and self-sufficiency for low-income individuals through the identification and elimination of barriers to success.
CDTES is a comprehensive employment and development program designed to provide case management and coordination that identifies barriers to success. The program provides a combination of direct services, supportive services and referrals to assist individuals to enter the workforce.
