Providers of Youth Development Training to Chicago land and suburbs; Advancing Youth Development 28 hour training & Supervising Youth Development Practice 15 hour training both are recognized by Building Exemplary Systems for Training Youth Workers (BEST); both are recognized by the National Training Institute for Community Youth Work, Washington D.C. and the Academy of Educational Development.

- Contemporary training approach to supervising and managing front line youth worker (SYDP)
- Advocates for professional development and quality youth programming

Department of Strategic Initiatives Target Audience:
All youth serving organizations and agencies in the Chicago land and suburban areas; both public and private
Hours of Operation:
Trainings offered once per week from 9am- 1pm for seven consecutive for a total of 28 hours (AYD) Training offered once per week from 9am – 1pm for four weeks for a total of 15 hours (SYDP) Customized training to clients preference (days and times)
