Women in Transition
Woman in Transition’s (WIT) is a component of CDTES designed to assist women and families in reaching economic independence. WIT provides programs and services focused around employment and training in order to assist them in accessing life changing information to help them overcome socio-economic and personal obstacles that prevent them from attaining employment and achieving their goals in life. WIT offers employment training and placement through an intensive case management model.
