CAP aims to keep information accurate and useful. Program offerings, eligibility, schedules, funding and contact details may change. Confirm current details with CAP or the service provider. A website inquiry does not enroll you in a program or guarantee services or funding.
Community information and outcomes
CAP supports locally led affiliates with their own operations and requirements. Community profiles and reported results describe particular activities and reporting periods. They do not guarantee an individual outcome. Confirm availability and eligibility with the organization providing the service.
Content and permissions
Text, photographs, graphics and logos belong to CAP or their respective rights holders. You may link to public pages and use content as allowed by applicable law. Ask CAP about permission for republication, commercial use, photographs or the CAP logo. Publication of a photograph does not authorize an implied endorsement by anyone pictured.
Messages and submissions
Provide accurate contact details and submit only information you are entitled to share. Public forms are for general inquiries and newsletter signup. They are not monitored as an emergency service. Use the appropriate emergency service when immediate assistance is needed.
External websites and donations
Independent organizations and services have their own terms and privacy policies. Links do not guarantee the accuracy, availability or accessibility of external content. Donations through PayPal are subject to its terms. Contact CAP with questions about a donation.
Privacy, questions and updates
The Privacy Policy describes information handling for public forms. Separate registration, staff systems and program agreements may have additional requirements. Email info@chicagoareaproject.org with questions or permission requests. Updates to these terms will appear on this page.
Donation questions and corrections
Contact CAP about donation receipts, payment errors or refund requests. These website terms do not create a separate donation refund policy. Please report inaccurate information or broken links with the page address and a description. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
